Hello. Good to have you here.
I am a clinical psychologist with online and in-person services, dedicated to the emotional care of adults and couples who wish to understand their experiences with more depth and authenticity.
I see care as a transformative force that respects the uniqueness of each story and opens paths to personal growth and healthier relationships.
With a solid background and specialization, I integrate the Somatic Experiencing (SE) approach into my clinical practice - a neurobiologically-based method that works on nervous system regulation, allowing us to access and release tensions and traumas "stored" in the body, promoting a deep reorganization that translates into greater emotional balance, presence, and mental clarity.
As a specialized psychologist, I offer a space for ethical, qualified, and sensitive listening to pacients who face challenges such as anxiety, depression, chronic stress, trauma, and burnout.

Counseling - Psychotherapy
Maybe you're feeling down or anxious, maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, a job, or you simply feel like you're not living life the way you imagined.
When we pay more attention to how we relate to the people and things around us, we begin a journey of understanding and acceptance, which can bring significant changes to how we relate to ourselves and the world around us, promoting an improvement in our quality of life and of those around us.
It's crucial to understand that psychotherapy isn't an instant solution or a magic pill for solving problems. It's a process that requires time, availability, and dedication. This process involves a deep exploration of sensations, emotions, feelings, thoughts, and experiences.

Mental health is an integral aspect of overall well-being and requires attention to keep it in balance.
Taking care of your own mental health can involve adopting self-care practices, creating a safe environment that includes close people you trust and who can provide you with emotional support in addition to seeking professional help.

Spaces for growth and care
My work as a psychologist also extends to other spaces of care and attentive listening.
These experiences permeate the clinic and create safe spaces in group for reflection through workshops and retreats that foster presence, connection, and transformation.
All of this also inspires my work as part of my commitment to more sensitive and present ways of being with others.
